Okay, so the UK and Europe were hit by the biggest storm in ten years yesterday. I was out and about in one of the moments when it wasn't blowing, and I've been thinking: you guys have got to have been in some really nasty weather, right?

What is the worst weather everyone's actually been out and about in? This includes anything in the open air, or in transit to somewhere else inside a car, train etc. Being inside also counts if the building you were in was damaged by the weather.

Points also awarded for being trapped somewhere by weather.

Mine was probably (and I can feel how shocked you all are) the Arsenal-Tottenham match at Highbury in the 96-97 season. As I remember, it absolutely pissed down about 30 minutes before kick-off and didn't let up until we were all safely inside and worshipping at the radiator. And windy, and freezing to go with it. I was wearing about five layers of varying waterproofness and it still got through to my skin.

Heigh ho. At least we beat them 3-1.
