I've seen this expression several times in this thread now, and I don't get it. I mean, I do, but I don't. Yes, rain can ruin some plans and cause major problems, but since when has it suddenly morphed into a weird way of saying, "The clouds urinated"? That sounds really gross and repulsive, if you ask me.
