I didn't need anaesthesia because the teeth were dead, hence the reason I was getting the work done in the first place, but it was a major procedure. How could anybody do it without anaesthesia on a live tooth, especially considering that the dentist is drilling slowly up the length of the actual nerve?

idk.... i wouldn't let the dentist do anything like that on my live tooth without anaesthesia
