For those of you who don't recall the event, I failed my driving test in May this year.

After a summer of working up enough money to take a refresher course of lessons and pay for the test again, I sat it this morning.

And passed.

The only faults noted on the examiner's sheet (which you get a copy of for feedback on your driving skills) were two for excessive use of speed (taking corners on country roads faster than I should have done).

I didn't think it was possible to attain a speed that could be considered excessive in that small a car, but hey, you live and learn.

Now all I have to do is save up the money for car, insurance and fluffy dice.
