What I meant by "ideal" was the best party for gameplay, that offered the best prospects of killing whatever it encountered on the way to (through?) Murkon.

I might consider the game with the fewest moves to be a sort of "ideal game", but I don't consider it an ideal party if it gives you the least possible time to play.

I guess if we're both going to be talking aboot different types of parties, we should give them more descriptive names than "ideal".
