My problem with that definition is that it's unlimited. A high-level assassin can kill anything, but you can always have a higher level assassin that can kill anything slightly quicker.

My level 401 wizard can kill anything except the Royal Escorts (I don't know about Murkon, but I don't see why not). Were it not for those creatures, he could be considered ideal - but it would be a bit silly.
