Funny. That's my method too. However it can be a bit dangerous when your character is alone - he can only melee one group. And when fighting the Royal Escorts, an AC of 65 is pretty much essential (then they're helpless hehehehe) - if you don't have that in intrinsic + equipment, get it with a spell.

BTW, this style of fighting begs - desires - *demands* a high agility.
