People say that and don't realize it's a JOKE? That's one of those sayings I often see attributed to Yogi Berra, a baseball player famous for mangling the language and just being an all-around slow wit (some more famous Yogi-isms: "It ain't over til it's over!", "Baseball is 90% mental. The other half is physical." When asked if he wanted his pizza sliced in six slices or eight: "Better make it six, I don't think I can eat eight.")
I'm amazed that deja-vu joke is even used often enough with a straight face to warrent listing.
