I am so very much with you on that. Oy. Drives me nuts. The site also mentioned one of my other linguistic pet peeves: "deja vu all over again." Every time I hear it I am seized with a burning desire to drive an axe into the offender's skull.

Hm, suddenly that seems extreme.
