I have to say that I'm very jealous of you all that have never had headaches. Mine go in stages, usually depending on how much stress there is in my life. They started being really bad (migraine material) back in college. The only thing that works for me is excedrine migraine, and only if I take it when the first minor symptoms start showing. Let me tell you it is very hard to get a lot of work done or even function when one is so prone to migraines. Basically all I can do when they are full blown is lie in a cold dark room, cry, and pray that I can fall asleep (did I mention I have insomnia too?).

Basically everything from stress, lack of food, lack of water, lack of sleep, etc. cause my headaches. Lucky for me, being a bit stressed lately, I get the stress, which causes the lack of sleep and headaches, so double whammy. That, and I tend to forget to eat when I'm cramming to get work done. Fun fun.
