Are you sure your knights are doing the front work, while your spellcasters hang in the back? Oh yeah, and by the way, retrain one of your knights as a sorceror... Spellcasters give more bang for the buck than melee characters, and you've already got four of them, so you can sacrifice one without any risk... If you can get one of them to IQ 20, retrain him ASAP. You won't regret it.

As for the dragons... well... tough luck. But these guys are what throttle and infect are there for!
