We will be going on the road again*, so if you don't hear from me for a spell, that's the reason.
Actually, WMM has booked a cruise. Not just another cruise, but a real humdinger. In less than two weeks, we will fly to San Diego, sail down the Mexican coast, stopping at all of those glamorus ports, make a visit to Costa Rica, sail through the Panama Canal, stop at Cristabol (Atlantic end), and then sail to Aruba and on to Fort Lauderdale. We will be on the ship for two weeks and might spend a day or two at each end. I figure no less than 17 or 18 days on the road.

The ports we will see are San Diego, Cabo San Lucas, Acapulco, Huatulco, then Puntarenas, Costa Rica and Cristabol, Panama. Next is Oranjestad, Aruba and on to Fort Lauderdale.

Passege through the canal will take from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Because this is our 5th cruise on Celebrity, we got an upgrade to a plush cabin on deck seven with a "veranda." I think that means a balcony with double sliding glass doors instead of a lousy porthole. The ship is the Infinity, sister ship to the Millinium, which we sailed on a year or so ago. That means it should have some of our favorite features, such as a hydrospa. If this sounds like a plug for cruising, I guess it is.
