I guess I should clarify this for everyone.

Bourne is correct when he says fatwah is a call to war, however with Jihad, there's a bit of misunderstanding or incorrect knowledge here.
There are two levels of Jihad.
The lower one is the one that the Islamic terrorists are using, which is the Holy War against the infidels, who were supposed to be idol worshippers in present-day Saudi Arabia in the 600s.
The higher one (in the eyes of God) is the inner struggle to find oneself, to become one with God. This is the one that's less known to the world due to the um, publicity, that the other one receives.
