I believe that all cats have their own quirks. I have four cats and they all have their own quirks.

I have a 15-year-old cat, Callie, who has imposeable thumbs (She has 7 toes on both of her front feet so it looks like she has thumbs). She is a clean freak. She is always cleaning herself. If she's not doing that, she's cleaning someone. When I wake up in the morning, she likes to lick my hands and arms all the time. She likes to clean my brother's face. She refuses to eat any kind of cat food. She has to eat "people" tuna and has to eat a special kind of dry cat food. She also has a thing with paper bags.

Boots likes to sit on dirtbikes. I can never get out my bike out without her running up and jumping on to it. I've taken her on several rides and she loves it. She likes to chase ropes around. She will lay on her back in my arms and let me rub her belly. She likes to play with oven mits or blue car covers. When she meows, she says "me" instead. So she admitted to killing tons of mice and snakes.

Sugar doesn't want to be pet unless she has to sit on her rear end and jump for your hand. She quite hysterical when she tries to meow. She doesn't meow. Every once in a while she does squeak one out.

Zora likes to hunt and kill things. She killed a bunny rabbit that was a little bit bigger than her. I couldn't believe it when I saw her with a bunny in her mouth.

I think that certain cat's quirks come with age and personality. I've noticed that with the 4 cats that I have.
