I've never been able to whistle, or snap my fingers either.

To hijack this thread slightly, how many other people are unable to do either or both? I've always felt vaguely alone in this, but now that I think about it I have no idea if most people can or can't do those. Is it just a lot of practice that I'm missing, or are they something you're just able to do?
