Is it a good idea to be based in Teralt? I am just beginning to explore level 10 and still based in Kaliti. My party entered Teralt just once, when they first found it. They were horrified at the inn prices, but decided to stay there once because they were so exhausted and wounded they would never make it back to Kaliti otherwise. I still don't know what Teralt charges for resurrection, and I don't really want to find out.

(I thought I'd got over having to pay for resurrection, but no - a horde of dragons on level 10 managed to kill all but one of my characters, including both of those who knew Resurrect. I assume if we all died we'd be dragged back to Kaliti and not Teralt.)
