The only problem with the Items of Extra-Specialness is that you'll want to keep them rather than sell them. It's astonishing how good some of them will look draped over your characters.

I've sold Items of Extra-Specialness at Teralt for over half a million gold each. Teralt is really the place to get ridiculously rich - if you can survive. It's kinda in a bad neighbourhood.
