Murklap's Something-or-other: I need a city

Being a relative beginner on MR (the deepest I've got is level 4) I'm a bit confused as to where, exactly, the other cities (apart from Perinn) are. If anyone could tell me which level the first one after Perinn is on, that would be a great help.
