Please Help with the Artist and the Kid!!!!!

I need some help with the artist and transporting the kid. Here is what I have:
Blue Paint
Chalk
Glue Stick
Mirror
Wrench

Bottle
Demerit
Grass
Shirt

Bottle Cap
Disk with Virus
Hot-Wiring Instructions
Soldering Iron

Chain
Eraser
Lighter
Wire
I've cleared the website team and the computer game, I've also gotten the gold tooth, and I've cleared going back in time.

I have given the artist his hair and his shades, but I have no idea what to do about the beard or the smell. I could use some hints. Have I missed out on giving him something from my inventory?

More importantly, this kid needs to be transported to lady cannibal's room. I know I am supposed to annoy letha and mohan but I don't know how. I've tried using my objects, is there something I'm not getting?
a tiiiny bit of clarification could help me.

I am trying to do this with very few hints, so even help with just one, would be fabulous!
