Tennessee had a serious border problem a few years ago. But we solved it. Maybe the feds need to get some Tennessee folks on an ad hoc committee to fix the problems on the Mexican border.

We had a problem with our own folks escaping to Kentucky to buy lottery tickets. Kentucky got their money, and then they sneaked back to Tennessee to live on our welfare. But we fixed it. We now sell lottery tickets to people who sneak across the border from Kentucky and use the money to fund welfare checks.

The next problem is Tennessee folks sneaking across into Georgia to buy groceries where sales taxes are less than half of the rate at home. We haven't figured that out yet, but just give us a little time.
