Do not ever eat at Philmont Scout Ranch's training center (PTC). Never have I had food as inedible as there. The final meal of the week was porkchops that you actually could not chew up. The salad dressings were off flavor-wise, so unless you wanted to eat just lettuce like a rabbit, even the salads were no good. I ate a lot of cereal.

But flavor-wise? Hmm. Probably the potroast my mother marinated in some sort of pepper dressing. It was inedibly spicy. My brother liked it, though. :-p
