Tim Horton was a Canadian Hockey player. The franchise is owned by Wendy's now and exists on most major routes from Canada to Florida. In Canada you will find a Tim Horton's on almost every corner. They have excellent coffee, lunches, and donuts.
Their cinamon rolls are to die for.
It's a Canadian thing. Dayton has about 3 of these Donut stores. They are fast becoming popular here in the states. Their lunch offerings are incredible.
As a kid I worked at Tim Horton's while I was in high school. As an adult, I try and get coffee there as much as possible.
Due to the number of Canadians travelling to Florida, the francise recognized the need to provide good coffee to it's patrons. BRAND RECOGNITION.
I have to admit, when I found out there was a "Timmy's" in Dayton, it made it that much easier to move north.
for what it's worth.. check them out.

I know people who will always stop at the last Tim Horton's before the border because they need their Tim Horton's coffee fix. Likewise they stop there first thing on the way back.
