If I am thinking about the same area, then let's just say that it's one of the trickiest areas to find in the whole game. I didn't discover it until I was on my third go-around.

Since I have never made a map of level 10 (my sense of direction being totally sharpened by then), all I can really say is that you have to teleport a number of times. One wrong move, and you get teleported back to the stairs. It takes quite the effort to get there (remember your big battle on level 9?)

There are a few other similar places to which you can teleport, that you can find elsewhere.
