> Hello: Thank you all for your help. Last night after killing the Reaper they still had a good deal of hit points and spell points so I tried looking for that pool room again. After many tries and many wrong teleports I finaly made it. I think they made over 1,000,000 that trip. They also moved up around 4 or 5 experience levels each. Now I may explore that large room before the Reaper. All I did last night was killed the monsters that were in the way. Is it a good idea to stay at Kaliti or should I go to the level 9 town? Thank you.

It depends -- that last town is rather expensive. But if you're getting lots of gold, then you should have no problem there. Just try to avoid getting killed.

The good thing about that town is that they pay really good money for a lot of the items you don't need. And the place is conveniently located.

You might pick up a *little* more experience by coming down from Kaliti, but I don't know if it works out to be enough to make a noticeable difference. You could almost be coming down from Perrinn. Which is fine, if you don't mind a slightly longer journey. I know there is at least one person who did more or less a whole game out of Kaliti (that would be commie_bat), but I haven't tried it.

I usually use the last town because I like to go right down to Level 10, kill everything in sight, and pillage to my heart's content. And then go back and do it again.

By the way, I think that other room that you were going to explore is more straightforward -- unless you left some monsters in it.
