It does, but the link tends to get lost amidst the various others. On the main page for a movie, one of the links in the second section of the sidebar is "awards and nominations."

Both Kate Winslet and Gloria Stuart were nominated but did not win. The supporting actress race was considered a coin flip between Stuart and Kim Basinger, who ended up winning. Leonardo diCaprio's lack of a nomination was something of a surprise. Personally, although I think the performances were strong across the board, I didn't think any of them were Oscar-worthy.

Also somewhat historical was Titanic's lack of a screenplay nomination. It was the first Best Picture winner since eons (not sure exactly) that wasn't at least nominated for its screenplay.

I'm ok with that, too. Again, the screenplay was strong but not Oscar-worthy. Titanic was more of a director's movie than an actor's or writer's movie.

That seems to be the case, yes, which makes Johnny Depp's nomination this year uncharacteristic of past years. Note, though, that Titanic wasn't perceived as an "effects movie," as it is somewhat unjustly seen now, so the rules for effects movies wouldn't have been at play.
