...sometimes you feel like the only sane person on the planet.

OK, so I buy my clothes at Salvation Army. I can find neat stuff, and it's a great place to buy jeans. $10 is a lot more affordable than upwards of $20, and sometimes they even still have the tags in them. The other day, I went to one of my Venturing Crew meetings, wearing a pair I'd bought at my usual thrift store haunt. The crew members are all "horse girls", and they know I've had very little riding experience. So anyway, I walk in, and one is all like, "You've got Wranglers!" And I'm like, "Uh..I guess so. Hadn't noticed." And she says, "I love Wranglers!" And another girl says, "Wranglers are just cheap imitations of Levis." And I'm all, "Uh, I know it's an unusual concept, but I bought them because they *fit*?"

Yesterday, I got a call on my cell phone. So I answer it and say "Hello?" And the wrong number on the other end says, "Dave?"

OK, now I have a pretty low voice for a female, but I am darn sure I don't sound like a guy. Or who knows? Maybe I do.
