The reality is that the test seems to be skewed that way anyway. I would say that you need to add about a point or so on the X axis, and maybe half a point on the Y axis, to get accurate results.

From several people I've spoken to personally, and from the percentage of poll responses as compared with the opinions reflected in the forum, in chat, and in the global population, there are FAR too many people being labelled lib-left by the survey.

Frankly, I find lib-left to be the least understandable quadrant to me. "Yes, we need government to regulate economics and provide social programs, and, oh yes, reduce the size of government!!"

I realize that there are ways to be lib-left and internally consistent at the same time, but my suspicion is that it takes some deliberate scholarly political research and self-reflection to arrive there.
