There was some guy trotting around the place (Southampton, if my very hazy memory serves me correctly) in a Batman costume some months ago as well. Apparently he fought such incredible crimes as "youths hanging around causing minor disturbances". Not exactly the kind of thing you associate with the Caped Crusader, but with all these comic-book movies around he's probably been pushed out of the limelight somewhat.
