"What's the most reliable way to make any movie better?"
This serious question didn't get very many serious answers. That may be because none of the possible answers were very serious.

But seriously folks, the best way to make a movie better is to include the unexpected. Like cheaper tickets for example.

Personally, I would like to see a movie with a car chase in which no cars get wrecked. I would also like to see one where the bad guy wins, gets the girl, and is seen behind the final credits still standing up. A movie with a plot would be nice, but don't hold you breath.

In the cowboy catagory, I would go out of my way to see a movie in which a six-shooter only shoots six times. Or the hero gets thrown from his horse which then kicks him.

How about some scenes where somebody is drinking beer and the brand name never shows? Or one where someone tries to steal a car, but the keys aren't in the ignition. Better yet, give me a scene where somebody drives up to a city address and there is no parking space on that block, much less one right in front of the door. Too much realism?

Would it be too much to ask for the drug dealers in movies to be neatly and conservatively dressed?
They could be driving a Ford Escort and running around with an ordinary looking girl. Naw. I guess not.

But the big plus would be a movie with a pause button so you could get up and stroll out to the lobby anytime you wanted. Yes, I know. There would be technical problems with that, but if they can make the big scene come on as soon as you get to the lobby, they can put a button on each armrest.
