Actually, I must disagree with you on this. The prayer of a person who harbors wickedness in his heart cannot be expected to be answered favorably. A non-Christian who is sincerely praying the sinner's prayer of repentance is always heard; but if a person's heart is hardened to God, if it's a "disaster prayer" where the one praying isn't really devoted to God but is merely seeking assistance in a time of physical need, may and may not be answered.
