I'd scrap them, unless you have enough gold/spare items to resurrect, say, 3 or 4 characters, which, by your post, you probably don't. Although, it depends on how long it took you to get this far. If you took months and months to get to Lyesis, then I guess you should at least try to save your existing party. But if you can get as far as you are now in a couple of weeks, then I wouldn't bother.
