I would go back to Rome- it was a wonderful city and the people there were so nice. Or maybe Dublin- I didn't spend nearly enough time there. I didn't see enough of France or visit Belgium or Germany, so those would all be on the list.

In other words, I'd need to take the free vacation, then add on my own plans afterward. There's just too much out there to see!
