I even dislike the little, unimportant things like the hand icon that appears when you hover over a link. I imagine I could probably get used to it, but that will never happen, because it doesn't work with my mouse. Having Back and Forward buttons on my mouse has spoiled me, but hey, if I have them, why not use them?
Hand icon? I'm using IE6 and the latest stable build of Mozilla 1.1 and they have the same icon (at least under Win98). Also, assuming you're using a Microsoft mouse, the back and forward buttons on the mouse work fine in Moz.

Mozilla has some pretty sweet features. Better password/form/security management (useful if you want it to remember logins/passwords/forms and stuff) as well as nice features like the ability to disable windows you didn't click on (such as popups) without disabling all of javascript. It's also got some tabbed browsing (so you can have 10 instances on Moz open without having 10 icons on the taskbar) and stuff. It's also totally skinnable and customizable.
I'm not saying it's perfect (stability problems...) but it's worth checking out.
