I have more problems with food addictions. Stuff like desserts, especially chocolate, but also oranges and orange flavored stuff. I also suffer from withdrawal if I go too many days without rice.

I'm also a travel addict.

But electricity is more of a convenience that an addiction. I've been a camper for many years and don't mind sleeping in a tent, taking a bath in a bucket, cooking over an open fire, going without shaving (I'm addicted to my electric razor.)and brushing my teeth with a canteen, or at a water faucet that sticks up out of the ground.

In fact, when the power goes off here at home, I sometimes get more things done. Instead of TV or the internet, I do yard work or minor repair jobs.

I think an occasional power outage is good for you. But then, I think chocolate is good for you, so what do I know?
