And even then it should be legal for flight attendants to administer tranquilizer shots to any passenger, child or adult, who insists on going to the bathroom 15 times in a two hour flight, or tries to talk to me while I'm reading.

I also think they should hancuff the mother to the child.

I've been on an Chicago-Toronto flight once, with a couple with two child, one infant, one 6-8. They were nice.

Except the infant cried a few times, and the mother was sitting THREE ROWS BEHIND. The father was apparently clueless, because she'd rush over whenever the baby whimpered.

Even when the seatbelt sign was on for fricking turbulence, and I don't mean "Oh, that was bumpy. Let's have them buckle up just in case.". I mean "Hold your drink" bumpy.

The attendant actually got on the PA to give the sit down and buckle it message just for her. Gosh, she annoyed me.
