I believe it was the Saudi Arabian leadership that said they had no problem with us taking out Saddam, they only wish that we were low key about it. In other words, what about Iraq demands a full-blown war instead of special operations forces? I don't even think that there would be much international or homeland outcry if we declared we were sending special operation troops into Iraq for military purposes. At worse, diplomatically, Iraq would probably declare war on us.
