Yes, exactly. Around here they are everywhere so it's very fun to play. I know that Washington D.C. has them, because that's where I got Mia and Sarya playing the game. At my parent's house there's one right next to where my husband parks the car when we go to visit, so the trick is to distract him from it while edging closer and closer to it. I guess it's just a twisted game of tag.

I could also tell you about the love bug game, which is similar to "Slug Bug" but with no hitting. But I won't.
