By the way, why do people whistle in the dark, anyway? I assume it's because they're scared of the dark and whistling somehow makes them feel better, but where's the logic in that? They'll be scared, alone, in the dark, *and* making noise. If there is a mugger or something out there, they'll find you all the easier.
