Actually, it was PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).

Upon returning home from RU3, I had several messages from a company that called me, all ending their spiel that their offices are open from "7 to 7, Mountain Standard Time". I'm in a state that doesn't do Daylight Savings; when I called them at 6:30 pm (MST), they had been closed for thirty minutes.
