There's a place somewhere here in Washington (in Seattle I think, I can't remember - I have the memory of a fruit fly) that sells meat from all sorts of animals - kangaroo, crocodile, giraffe, rattlesnake, etc. My dad tells me rattlesnake meat is quite good. :^)
