Of course, that's just me, and anyone in here will vouch for my insanity.

Killing Bearded Humanoids or Cosmops with your bare hands shouldn't be too difficult, but killing Mist Wraiths or Rock Dragons would be another thing entirely. It's best to wait until you have at least 10 thousand HP before you attempt such a thing. > > What's AFAIK? And I didn't know that. Need I remind you people that I've beaten the game with no weapons or armour or magic? All you need is an Assassin, who accumulates WC every 3 level-ups and AC every 5 level-ups. You don't need 10k HP, you only need enough to have 65 AC.
As far as not dying, it's just not realistic. There have been a few times when I've had some very high-level characters crit-hit by traps. It'd be even worse for a character who never used levitation spells. You could work your way up to level 100 or whatever, and then get crit hit and have to start over because you died once in a freak accident involving a poison dart. Also, never dying means not taking important risks, such as fighting guardians and visiting new levels when you don't know if you're ready. You can't run away from guardians.
Also, the "from Perinn" requirement is nothing but a waste of time. The game from Perinn takes you by Kaliti and Teralt at every turn, and just forces you to carry four key-equivalents that seriously impair your ability to get rich.
It's somewhat humbling to beat the game with no magic, and doubly so to do it with no weapon. Go for it, if you're still addicted, but don't try to kill Murkon using only magic. You'll be there a while.
