They are hand-drawn, and I drew them, although most of the best ones were drawn from photographs, so it's not like I conjured the images out of my head. Strangely enough, though the quality of the drawings appears to have a *little* more to do with when I drew them. The ones I drew earlier this year look better, on average, than the ones I drew three years ago when I started this project.
