Druids in particular need a long time (23+ levels) to learn both spell lists. However, don't retrain two guys at once unless the rest of the party can carry them till they can level up. This is of particular importance in the vicinity of Teralt, where monsters are surprisingly strong and resurrection costs a pretty penny.
Well, I retrained my Rogue as a Druid instead. After his first fight on level 8, he leveled straight up to level 4. A couple more fights and he has now reached level 7. Still lots more to go before he catches up with the rest, though.
When my current Druid has reached level 15 or so I will retrain my Knight as a Druid, and also when my Sorceror gets that extra Strength point I will retrain him as an Assassin.
Question: If a Druid is poisoned, do his hit points increase, decrease or stay the same as he moves along?
