That's a complaint I never expected. You can certainly cast all the spells, except the light spell, that make up MEDLEY separately. There's one solution. The other one is to change browsers. Get Netscape 6. Netscape 4 is really horrible about rendering tables of images, as you know from experience. Netscape 6 has a completely different rendering engine (the Mozilla one) and consequently renders tables of images much much faster.

I've never used Netscape 6 on UNIX machines, so I can't guarantee it'll perform as nicely as Netscape 6 for Windows does, but I can't imagine it wouldn't be better than what you've got.
