Are my characters going to be strong enough? posted by Iccy Balls on Wednesday, April 3, 2002, at 10:34:24:

The parties that have completed the game consist of characters that are of Level 30-40 and higher. And here I am, three levels from the end, and I'm not even halfway to Level 30 with any of my characters. Am I advancing through the levels too quickly? Or do the experience points gained keep increasing at a rate that will allow me to get my characters to these levels?
I have the same question. My party has levels from 11 to 14, and they're exploring level 6 already. If the progress is linear then by the time they reach level 30 they've gone well below level 12, but there are only 10 levels in the game.
(See how ambiguous the word "level" is? There should be two different terms.)
Should I stay on level 6 (or move back to 5 or 4) battling monsters to train my characters, or go straight on to levels 7 and 8?
