Murkon's Refuge: level 4

I need some advice. My party includes:
2 level 10 Knights
2 level 10 Rogues (One is about ready for level 11)
1 level 10 Wizard
1 level 8 Druid

Should I go on to level 4? I tried it once and nearly was killed by the first monster group. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
