Do some more killing on the previous levels. I have a druid on level 7, 4 other characters on level 9 and about on level 10, and one character already on level 10. I nearly got slaughtered just exploring around the elevator. So get some more experience on the other levels. Set some goals about them (like do the first 2 levels without resting in Perinn) and try to accomplish them. That's really how I've gotten so far.
