I have:

Male Human Knight -- Level 7
Female Wind Elf Rogue -- Level 8
Male Troll Knight -- Level 7
Female Rock Elf Wizardess -- Level 7
Male Dwarf Wizard -- Level 6
Female Gwuil Sorceress -- Level 6

and was wondering whether or not I should do some EXP hunting and level up some of my characters before moving on to level 4. Any suggestions?
