Make a new character, and have him/her wander around the start of level 1, killing the same monsters over and over again. This way you'll gain enough money to resurrect the cheapest old character. Now you can kill monsters quicker and gain more money, so you can resurrect the rest of the old characters.

To speed up the progress you might want to sell some of the dead people's equipment. They can always buy them back after they have killed enough monsters. Obviously dead people can't kill anyone... =)

If you do not have space for a new character, erase one of your dead characters and replace him/her with a new one.

All this is extremely tedious, but that's the price to pay for having your entire party get killed... =)
