Need help on getting into southern (garden) tower. I tried to hook it but that didnt work.

Also I can't find the leaves, where to fish, the key to the boat, the dagger, or what to do with the sorcerer in the woods that I just found.

Please help.

I have:

Sack
Rope
Hook
Branch
Silver Key
Sword
Shovel
Hammer
Nails
Bow
Arrow
Fishing Pole (which I seem to have lost the hook to on the southern (garden) tower)
Club
Ticket
Sunstone
